At Blackfield, we prepare and ship your order quickly, with a tracked carrier, and we give you time to change your mind. Here's everything you need to know before and after your purchase.

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 to 72 business hours, via Chronopost with tracking included. You receive your tracking number as soon as the package departs.

- Germany — €15 (allow 7 to 14 business days)

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay, via secure payment.
↩️ 30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days after receipt to return an item, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
The return request can be made from your account: open the relevant order and select the item to return. Once the package is received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
📦 Return shipping fees
In case of a simple change of mind, return shipping fees are at your expense. If the error is ours — defective item, wrong size, or wrong model shipped — Blackfield will bear all return shipping fees.
